At home workouts

That's right. No equipment necessary. Pushups, crunches, lunges etc. Will make you fit and healthy. Stop using the gym as an excuse! I am currently hitting a home workout using my new iPhone with an application that has built I'm routines and even let's you take before and after pics built right in. You can get the chin bar I have for 35 bucks at walmart. But you don't need it !
