msg. . .everywhere. .

Well, no matter how long I am in the world of nutrition, I will never cease to be amazed at how much I still have to learn. .
Take Msg for example. I thought that this additive had to be listed on all food products that it was in but check this article out on how insidious the food industry is and how many different names they have for msg. . .just how sneaky the food and drug industries are I will never be surprised at.
