please, will someone get all the "dieticians" some education?

Cholesterol has nothing to do with heart disease. This should be very clear by now to anyone that does just a hint of digging around in real resources (read, not funded by food or drug industry directly or indirectly)

If your doctor or nutritionist is going on about cholesterol, go and get a new one.

Obesity, diabetes and heart disease are all directly related to inflammation caused by high insulin levels and too much grains in our diet.
