Latest research on different diets. . .Get a coach!

All diets work.. .if you can stick to them.. .I tell all my clients that they have to stick to it and see me on a regular basis to get a boost in confidence, adjust calories and get the right balance of carbs, fat and protein for their bodies. I tend to agree though that only about 1/3 of the population does well on a higher carb diet. .and they are usually not overweight in any way to begin with. . .the leaner you are, the better you will deal with carbs.
