Low carb cooking tastes bad? I beg to differ>>>

I am by no means a great cook. . .or at least I thought I was not until I cooked the "romantic dinner" from this great website on low carb cooking. . .fits right in with my paleolithic caveman, low insulin lifestyle as well as that of my clients who enjoy all the benefits, such as
  1. lower blood pressure
  2. lower tryglycerides (blood fats)
  3. lower ldl and vldl cholesterol
  4. Higher HDL cholesterol (the good ones. .even though we need all of them)
  5. lower body fat
  6. IBS and acid reflux relief. . .wow, I used to get mad heartburn too until I finally turned that final corner and cut out all grain based products and sugar (that includes so called "healthy whole grains". . .
Well, here is the link:)
