Mom had a question about olive oil freezing. :)

while staying at his mothers house over xmas, TEAM TDW's Director got this question from his mother, a registered nurse and health nut! "Should you freeze it to prevent it oxidizing (going bad, or turning rancid)?"

He uses this technique: pour enough olive oil into a smaller container that you use for your weekly supply. When you are down to a couple days worth..take the big jug out, unthaw and topup. Out big one back in the freeze.
