I find this post really helpful as it gets to some complex points and breaks them down so all can understand. . . I particulary liked the part where he (eades) challenges one to sit down and eat some butter. . .not likely. Then he says"add some suger to the butter" and hey presto. .you can eat a whole block. . .
My clients all laugh when I talk about "eating a big sandwich" before you can even register that you were eating it, it is gone. . .and an hour later, you are hungry again. Also known as the "midnight 'fridge raid>>"
