hmmmm, how did I already know that salt is not bad?

After reading Dr. Mercola's comments, I was reminded of one of my clients who suffered a heart attack in his early 60's. . .right after his Dr. got him on a low sodium diet. . .of course, when I went over his nutrition, all he ate was tea, sugar and croissants. .   (see this video on why this is bad).so of course he had a heart attack. . .see the video on cholesterol myths by dr. rosedale for why we really get heart attack from our diet.  . .

here is the article on salt. . .funny  my wife has low end of normal blood pressure and her "salt shaker" is a mason jar I drilled a bunch of holes in. . .:)
