All that effort, no results. . .

I just got back from the gym and was there for about 45 min. . .while I was there I saw so many out of shape people busting their butts on the machines and cardio. . .sweating, pushing, pulling and expending a ton of effort. Although I am sure it is helping them in some way with their cardio health, I am also sure that as I keep going to the same gym, I will see the same people with no changes in their physical appearance and their health will in many cases be worse than it was with each passing year. Food and what we put in our bodies is the real key to what we look like on the inside. I will keep posting the best articles that are easy to understand on why we need to stop eating "turbo fuel" (carbs of all kinds) and start being the diesel burners we really are. . .our body can produce more than enough glucose on its own to keep our brains happy and well! read the last article I posted for an insightful look into that!
If you can't give up the carbs, start slow and eliminate sugar and juices first. .. .then start in on the bread and cereals. . . .
