This simply means. . .always educate yourself on what your healthcare provider is asking you to do. A recent client had a healthy 60 ish father go to the Doctor for a regular checkup. He was in good health and the doctor had him start a one a day aspirin regime for a "precaution". .he now has ulcers. If it is not broken, don't fix it:) Regular wellness checkups with a conciousness based (www.bodytalksystem.com) health care practitioner is a must. My family (and my cats!) get regular care from an advanced practitioner even though I am one myself!
