What is top down wellness? Imagine you are trying to "do a diet " and it is going along well as it usually does. And then you get cut off by some jerk driving home from work and the dog crapped on your best shoes that you were going to wear to the show tonight. And of course you ate the huge piece of cake righ after that you had been able to force yourself not to eat because everything else was smooth. The above scenario is bottom up ... trying to accomplish some goal or activity where you have failed over and over again and will continue to do so until you are able to "allow" those other events to happen and they don't sidetrack you into sabotaging your goals and unconciously setting yourself up for the next "failed diet". Or whatever you were planning on getting accomplished in life.
When can you start learning to do it "top down?".
Right now.

This blog is dedicated to spreading health and weightloss information. Many of my clients come to me for weight loss/health issues and find that it is also stress and mental health that need to be addressed! Paleolithic style eating and dealing with inner issues that drive us to destructive behaviours are two big parts of this puzzle we call life. Lets start putting yours together.
