What does your picture look like?

Depending on your life experiences and cultural background, you see things in your own "conditioned " way. Changing this from negative to positive or from "unlucky" to lucky is not so hard as many are conditioned to believe. But don't tell lies to yourself Like " I am happy," if you are not.

Saying affirmations that are not true will not pass the scrutiny of your biology. This was shown in recent studies where depressed people said positive affirmations and actually felt more depressed afterwards. Remember, your inner self knows the truth. You have to gradually change your thoughts and beliefs and integrate them truly into your life.

One good practice to start is daily meditation/relaxation. Learn to quiet the mind so you can start to listen to what your body is telling you on a daily basis . A good Method is Dr. Mario Martinez' "The mind-body code ". Available from www.soundstrue.com.
