Ten seconds to carb zen

Rather than hit your arteries with a huge shot of inflamation causing insulin (not to mention it makes LDL cholesterol into vldl chol which is not a good thing !). ... Take a minute, well actually 30seconds, to remove the bun/carbs from your meal. It is generally turbo fuel that you are not going to use and historically was never eaten. Zen is balance...stay energy balanced, it takes no time at all.
