There are a load of fitness/health writers that say "take care of your body" and "take care of yourself" . . . but they are using it in strictly a "form" based sense. Yes, we do need to take care of ourselves but the key is to be taking care of the "real you" under all the messy stresses and thoughts generated by your mind (the false you, if you like) and not really listening to your inner, true self. Don't understand what I am talking about? That is no problem...when you are ready for a real change (and not the next diet) you may just remember this post and start thinking about it:)
In the meantime, read books like " A new earth" by Eckhart Tolle and think about your diet and physical training while you are reading. It applies in every way.
