Slow down

Take a minute to "clock" what you are feeling. Many of us have been going through life and not knowing that we are anxious or any number of other emotions. Because it is almost a "normal" feeling for most it almost takes a really relaxing moment like going camping or to a quiet retreat before we can see that our normal state is one of tension/fear and anxiety due to the conditioning of our culture.
Take a break, learn to relax.
