Eric I've been following your posts , etc. for a while now. I first came across you on a Livin La Vida low Carb podcast. I had already believed the type of diet you follow is the best for physique enhancement purposes as well as general health , although the consistancy end is my problem.I like the fact that you show, through example , one does not have to eat only the "good fats" or only omega-3,s or monounsats.You know, the guys that only eat fat free protein sources and add their fats through only olive oil or fish oils,etc.Not that we don't need those sources as well but that natural animal source fats can help one build muscle and strip fat,look at you right?
