insulin smashing

some call it "junk" day or reload day...most do it all wrong.  
This tool of the low carb trade can blast more fat off you than you thought possible but you have to do it correctly or it will backfire.  
Eating a pile of carbs willy nilly will set you back into the dark ages...eating carbs in specific amounts and multiple feedings will kickstart your metabolism like crazy.
